Bishop Alexander Carter Teacher Honoured at Ontario Council of Technological Educators Awards!

May 17, 2017 - Congratulations to Gaston Therriault who was presented with the Ontario Council of Technological Educators award on May 11th. He was nominated for the award because of his commitment to excellence in teaching and his support of the Technological Education Program. Mr. Therriault is a Co-Op/OYAP teacher at Bishop Alexander Carter CSS. It was no surprise to his principal, Mrs. C. MacGregor that he won the award. “Mr. Therriault is a dedicated teacher who always has the best interest of students in mind”, she said. “He works diligently to place students in coop placements based on their interests and many students have been registered into the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and have been accumulating hours.
