Career Presentation at St. Andrew

photo

March 26, 2014 - The junior students at St. Andrew School enjoyed an interactive presentation from Dr. Adam Ball a local chiropractor and owner of the Crossfit Gym in Sudbury on Tuesday March 25th. Students learned that Dr. Ball attended school for 24 years to become a doctor of chiropractics. He chose this field because he saw a need to help people attain good health through nutrition and exercise. Students learned to practice proper posture and how to do squats to improve mobility and strength. Pictured is Dr. Ball and Rachel Uguccioni.
