St. Anne Catholic School Hosts Magical Math Night

photo

October 29, 2008 - St. Anne Catholic School invited children and parents to take part in a Family Math Night at the school recently. Students and their families moved to three separate math centres throughout the evening including the one above where teachers Ms. Shonwise (left) and Mme. Lafrance and the children created a graph showing who has a stuffed bear.

Families left with a take home bag of activities that they can work on together. The evening ended with a performance by Archie the Magician, who entertained children while the parents debriefed with the teachers.

St. Anne Catholic School would like to thank Perkins Restaurant for providing dinner for the evening.
