Sudbury Catholic Schools Students Find the Formula for Success at Annual Science Fair

Mrs. McCullough chats with Jessica Pugliese, a Grade 8 student at Marymount Academy about her Science Fair Project, Should You Flick Off. The project was an in depth experiment involving energy consumption (the value of turning lights off when they are not needed) and the lifespan of various types of light bulbs.

March 10, 2008 - Catherine McCullough, Director of Education for Sudbury Catholic Schools visited St. Francis Catholic School to view a number of interesting and unique projects at the Board’s annual Science Fair. After the judges had completed their task, twenty-two of the more than one hundred Science Fair projects were selected to advance to the Regional Science Fair at Laurentian University on April 12 and 13, 2008.
