St. Anne students gear up for Family Literacy Day

January 26, 2007 - St. Anne School is gearing up for ABC CANADA Family Literacy Day® (FLD). The school wants to promote the importance of reading and learning as a family activity. On January 26th, Grandparents are invited to the school to read with students and enjoy a cup of tea. This has become an annual event. St. Anne School also begun a ‘Reading Book Worm’ and will have him grow around the school by encouraging students to read. Parents visiting the school will be able to see the great enthusiasm that students have for reading.


ABC CANADA Family Literacy Day® is officially on January 27, 2007.
